Monsters Stuck in my Mind

I don't know what to do, cause I'm trying to go to sleep but monsters are stuck in my mind- and I don't get it cause haven't even read Goosebumps in the last 2 days.

Maybe I'll think about something happy, but that's hard. Dadda says I have control over my thoughts, but it's not so easy. Sometimes I can get control of my mind and sometimes I can't.

I know, I'll think about happy things- like dinosaurs or that white alligator at the zoo. I can think about the show we just recorded where they say they might be able to make a real-life dinosaur in the future. Oh, that would be cool.

Ichthyosaurs are happy dinos, but they can sometimes get grumpy. I'd like to make a pool in our back yard and get about 10 ichthyosaurs to put in there. Then they can have babies, but that would make them more grumpy if you try to touch them- cause you don't mess with an ichthyosaur's babies.

Did you know that we got a new game? Well, we just rented it so maybe we already took it back. But it's so cool. It's a Spongebob game and I love Spongebob. I think there's still a couple Spongebobs I haven't seen yet.

I wonder if it's close to morning, cause I'm not going to sleep tonight. I'll stay up all night then get a drink in the morning because I only can have one drink at night and I already got one drink, so I have to wait until morning to get my next drink.

[Dad's Note: Hmmm...I wonder if this monster thing has anything to do with Bridger watching "Allen and the Chipmunks Meet Frankenstein" (see Sunday's post) or the fact that Bridger has spent the last week reading the whole Goosebumps collection. Nah, couldn't be...]

So Bridger, did you get any sleep?
You know what helps me go to sleep sometimes? Singing primary songs. Have you tried that?
