Journey to Pteradon Caves
This one is for Weston because he's kinda sick today and I love him.
We went in two big caves that were so cool. They were made by waves when that mountain was an island in the sea. Pteradactyls used to live in them in the time of the dinosaurs. I call them Pteradon Caves.
There was other littler caves too. One of the caves had tons of turds in it so I'm naming it Turd Cave. Dadda went clear up in this cave and he saw something wierd and it was just one of those turds. There was another cave that you can't get to that's not the turd one, I'm naming that one Every-Single-Kind-of-Dinosaur Cave.
[Dad's Note: The mountain Bridger is referring rises sharply from the valley floor and was once an island in Lake Bonneville, which covered most of Utah during the time of the dinosaurs. The caves he speaks of were carved by the waves of that ancient sea.]
