A Saga Ends: Catching the Sneaker Spider
This one is for Lisa.
I caught the sneaker spider today! We was out mowing the lawn and dadda found the sneaker spider. I runned in the house and I got my wagon and my magnifying glass. I put the magnifying glass down on the ground and he crawled into the end. Then we got a jar and put him in there. Now he will be happy.
I used to be afraid of the sneaker spider. He used to sneak up on me every day. But one day I just became un-scared. Then I thought to be nice to all bugs and I thought of that sneaker spider nicely. Maybe he was just sneaking up on me to tell me he wants to be my friend. Then I started looking for him. That was very very long ago, and now I found him!
[Dad's Note: Yes, I'm sure the Sneaker Spider is having a blast in that jar:) If you're new to Bridger's blog or unfamiliar with the infamous Sneaker Spider saga, consult the following posts:

Dear Bridger,
The picture of you and the sneaker spider is great. You are really brave around sneaker spiders. What are you going to feed it? Enjoy your new pet!
Love,
Steph
